Patrol schedules
Allow Notifications for CamA so patrol reminders can appear. Confirm the schedule, time and destination are saved correctly.
Incident reports
Keep report details factual and attach relevant evidence before generating or sharing a PDF report.
Timesheets & patterns
Check the selected company, site, start/end time and break details. Recurring patterns can be reviewed before future shifts are created.
Exporting CSV/PDF
Use the export preferences to choose the fields required for the recipient, then verify the exported file before sending it onward.
iCloud Recovery
Ensure the device is signed in to iCloud and has available iCloud storage. Recovery covers supported structured data, not photos, videos or PDF files.
Permissions
CamA may need Camera, Microphone, Location, Photos and Notifications permissions depending on the feature you use. You can review these under Settings → Apps → CamA on your iPhone.
Common troubleshooting
If CamA is not behaving as expected, restart the app and confirm iOS permissions under Settings. Also make sure iOS is up to date and that your device has sufficient available storage.
